Return Policy


Our policy lasts for 5 Days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

Broken Glass Replacement:

If your glass arrives broken in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at with a picture, and we will send you a replacement free of cost, no questions asked.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

Gift cards are non-returnable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the provided address.
